Hotel ICON guarantees to provide the lowest on-line bookable rate for room reservations to the general public on the Internet, subject to the following terms and conditions:

If you find a publicly available and immediately bookable room-only rate on the Internet for Hotel ICON ("Competing Rate") that is lower than the room rate available for the same reservation on http://www.hotel-icon.com (i.e., same hotel, same type of room, same number of guests, same dates of stay and same length of stay), then prior to or within 24 hours of booking the reservation on http://www.hotel-icon.com, please call Hotel ICON at 852-3400 1688 or 852-3400 1000.

Once Hotel ICON confirms the availability of the Competing Rate on the Internet, subject to room availability at hotel, Hotel ICON agrees to match the Competing Rate for the same reservation, plus discount an additional twenty percent (20%) off the room rate for the duration of the stay being so reserved.

Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee. The rates will be compared for each night separately for the claim covered multiple nights. Multiple claims for a stay consisting of two or more consecutive nights at the hotel will be treated as one claim for one stay and the Lowest Rate Guarantee will be applied to the night with lower rate claimed and confirmed only. The sales conditions associated with the rate on another Internet site must be the same as the sales conditions of the rate booked on hotel website. Websites that require a password or login to view hotel rates and inventory are not eligible for the Program. Claim must be filed within 24 hours after booking and at least 48hours before scheduled checking in of the hotel. The competing rate must be publicly viewable and bookable via internet at the time the claim is reviewed by a Hotel ICON Reservation Specialist. Hotel ICON reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim.

This Guarantee does not apply to:
• Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized. Examples of these types of sites include but are not limited to, Priceline and Hotwire.
• Web sites that "package" travel, entertainment, hotel and/or food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc. Examples of package websites include but are not limited to Site 59 and Delta Vacations.
• Packaged rates that include taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other amenities.
• Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts.
• Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations, education institutes or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Hotel ICON and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.

This Guarantee applies only to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges and any other fees or charges that you may incur during your stay.
If you have already booked a prepaid stay on www.hotel-icon.com, and find a Competing Rate that meets the Guarantee terms and conditions set forth here, then hotel will refund the full amount originally charged to your credit card for the rate booked on www.hotel-icon.com and charge the full stay based on the new rate to your credit card.

This Guarantee is subject to change or revocation at anytime without prior notice.

•Offer is applicable for stay period from 22 May 2013 to 14 July 2013.

•Offer is only valid for a three-night minimum length of stay. For every two nights paid receive one night free.

•Offer is based on the rate on Hotel ICON’s website.

•Non-refundable full prepayment is required upon reservation. No cancellation or amendment is allowed once booking is confirmed.

•Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.

•Offer is not applicable to groups.

•Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

•Hotel ICON reserves the right to revoke or change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
