Director of Events
- Work closely with the Director of Sales in management of all events & catering sales activities
- Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure objectives are achieved
- Explore new business opportunities and maintain excellent relationship with key clients and industry partners
- Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase events & catering revenue
- Creates and implements special programs to achieve greater productivity through increasing events & catering revenue
- Produces monthly Sales reports and forecasts
- Assists in producing the Annual Marketing Plan in Catering
- Assists in producing, implementing and monitoring action plans to ensure Marketing Plan objectives are achieved
- Establish programs and direct efforts to achieve Catering goals and to develop ongoing relationships with customers
