Engineering Manager
- To plan, schedule, control and implement all Engineering related operation, repair, maintenance and renovation activities and programs of the Hotel.
- To be responsible for safe, reliable operation and efficient operation of all engineering plants and equipment in the hotel through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- To be responsible for maintaining reliable operation and efficient performance of all fire and life safety equipment in the hotel through regular maintenance and fire drill exercises.
- To be responsible for general safety of the hotel as well as work safety of the staffs.
- To be in-charge for energy conservation program of the Hotel.
