Chinese New Year Specialties at Above & Beyond

With impeccably prepared Cantonese cuisine in a serene, beautifully appointed setting, Above & Beyond is the ideal locale for refined Chinese New Year dining. Our Chinese Executive Chef Wong Chi Ki has crafted six delectable auspicious delights, including Abalone Lo Hei (HK$388*) with South African Abalone and other auspicious ingredients such as carrot, purple cabbage, taro, celtuce, pickled ginger with plum sauce, vinegar, Japanese soy sauce and bean paste.

 

Supporting local produce and reducing carbon footprint, Chef Wong has carefully sourced local Kamei Chicken, and created the mysterious Smoked Kamei Chicken with Tieguanyin Tea Leaves and Smoked Egg with Truffle (HK$880*). Hidden in a tailor made wooden treasure box, the chicken carries a strong Tie Guan Yin smoky flavour and after taste, adding a sense of excitement with the smoky effect to WOW every dining guests. The classic Braised Pork Knuckle with Lettuce in Red Bean Curd (HK$288*) is a tradition dish that you cannot miss.
