Starting from 2 September 2024, this all-you-can-eat buffet offers over 10 different crab dishes on a rotational basis during both lunch and dinner. Additionally, enjoy The Market's 7 live stations offering sushi/sashimi, chilled seafood, cold cuts, Peking duck rolls, Hainanese chicken rice, double-boiled soup, Indian curries, the highly sought-after free-flow Godiva ice cream, and Durian desserts.

*New* Experience Golden Creamy Musang King Durian Sauce with Dungeness Crab. This dish masterfully combines the aromatic allure of durian with the savoury notes of salted egg yolk, creating the ultimate indulgence for durian enthusiasts!
 
Popular sweet Mango Salad with Alaskan Crab combines tender crab meat with refreshing fruit flavours, *new* Braised Spanner Crab in Broth with Fried Rice Noodle, as well as the *new* French Spider Crab Congee, use traditional Chinese recipes.
 
Shiok lah! Our Signature Stir-fried Alaskan Crab Leg with Black Pepper in Singaporean Style, prepared by Chef Kevin, combines his extensive experience from Jumbo Seafood in Singapore with our buffet cuisine in Hong Kong.
 
During the dinner buffet, The Market features global delicacies over live cooking stations, offering unlimited refills of freshly made options such as Grilled Alaskan Crab Leg. with secret sauce recipes evoking delightful flavours of the ocean, or infused with a rich garlic flavour, providing an unforgettable dining experience.
 
A selection of chilled seafood, Hainanese chicken rice, double-boiled soup, live stations, and Caribbean wild lobster tail are served regularly in our buffet.
