The new IMPOSSIBLE™ Burger is tastier, juicier and more nutritious -- featuring 30% less sodium and 40% less saturated fat than the current recipe.

 

The IMPOSSIBLE™ Burger Patty 2.0 is gluten-free but contains soy, coconut oil and potato. It has all the flavours and protein of a beef burger, but it is made from plants, therefore, the patty itself has zero cholesterol (14g of total fat per 4 ounces serving).

The ICON IMPOSSIBLE™ Burger 2.0 comes topped with tomatoes and lettuce, served in a vegetarian bun with a special sauce and sweet potato fries or french fries. Available at GREEN, guests can customise the burger with additional ingredients including Fried Egg, Avocado, American or Smoked Gouda at additional charges.
