Hotel ICON is celebrating the Year of the Snake with a series of three homemade Chinese New Year puddings, Poon Choi, and various New Year's gifts, all crafted by Michelin-recommended restaurant Above & Beyond.
Indulge in Black Truffle Turnip Pudding with Yunnan Ham and Preserved Meat, where the rich aroma of black truffle enhances the turnip's natural sweetness, complemented by savoury preserved meat for a lasting traditional flavour. The Taro Pudding with Sakura Shrimp, Conpoy and Preserved Meat combines authentic Japanese sakura shrimp, conpoy, and locally sourced preserved meat, creating a fragrant and textural delight enriched by the silky smoothness of taro. New Year Pudding with Brown Sugar and Ginger is a perfect gifting choice during the new year. Steamed with Okinawa black sugar, ginger juice, and glutinous rice paste, it offers a chewy texture with the delicate flavours of red dates and melon seeds.
All New Year's puddings, gifts and poon choi will be available for purchase on eshop from now while early bird discounts are available for orders placed before 19 January 2025.

Orders must be placed 3 days in advance prior to collection at the Festive Counter on the lobby level or through Above & Beyond on level 28. The daily cut-off time for orders is 3:00 pm.
