Traditional Tastes of Czechia at GREEN
Famous for its Christmas celebrations and city markets, we bring Czechia's cuisine culture to GREEN for a limited time. This exclusive 2-week lunch menu, in collaboration with Chef Václav Plesl, starts on 2nd December, featuring classic Czechia dishes such as Roasted Duck Leg with Lokše Potato Flatbread, Creamy Fish Soup, and Apple Strudel with Raisins and Cinnamon. Chef Václav Plesl has previously cooked for the embassies of the UK, Germany, and Austria, and recently showcased Czechia cuisine in food pairing and sustainable development at the renowned Yerevan Gastronomic Day.
