For dinner exclusives, savour the Signature Stir-fried Crab with Black Pepper in Singaporean Style, crafted by Chef Kevin with expertise from Jumbo Seafood Singapore, alongside Stir-fried Blue Lobster with Sichuan Pepper, a bold fusion of premium French Blue Lobster and aromatic spices.
A selection of chilled seafood, Hainanese chicken rice, double-boiled soup, and live stations are served regularly in our buffet. What's more, enjoy our all-time favourite durian desserts, including Homemade Durian Ice Cream and the highly sought-after free-flow GODIVA ice cream.
