Celebrate this festive season amidst splendid decor and a spread of premium buffet selections at the Free-flow Brunch and Dinner in the iconic Silverbox Ballroom. Indulge in unlimited servings of selected wines, the season's Roast Turkey, Honey-glazed Ham, Oven-prepared Bone-in Rib Eye Steak (dinner only), made-to-order Pan-fried Duck Liver, Baked Oyster (lunch only), seafood, fresh cold seafood, Japanese Sushi, and over 10 varieties of hand-crafted seasonal desserts. Don't miss the experienced Pastry team's Christmas pudding, Chestnut Mousse Cake, and house-made Panettone.

Over a hundred gifts will be distributed at each event, with highlights including a Vivienne Tam Suite accommodation for two, food and beverage cash vouchers, and premium wines. Santa Claus will tour around on 24th and 25th December, 2024.

The adult free-flow option includes Red, White, and Sparkling wine, as well as soft drinks and juices. The child free-flow option includes juices and soft drinks.
